I forgot my password

From the login page, click "Forgot password". Enter your registered email or phone, and we'll send a one-time reset link valid for 30 minutes.

The link opens a page where you can set a new password. Pick something long and memorable rather than short and complex — 12 characters of words you can remember is much stronger than 8 characters of symbols you can't.

If you don't receive the reset email within five minutes:

• Check your spam folder — Gmail occasionally classifies one-time emails this way.
• Confirm the address you entered. A typo is the most common cause.
• If you signed up with a phone number rather than an email, the link goes to phone via SMS.
