Can I exit before the tenure ends?
Yes, via a structured transfer process. Takes 30–90 days and incurs a small administrative fee.

An early exit is possible but it's not the same as redeeming a mutual fund. The platform facilitates a transfer of your booking to a new investor at the agreed plot economics. Once a new investor is found and the transfer is signed off, the original investment is settled and you receive your principal plus accrued interest up to the transfer date, minus a small administrative fee (currently 1% of the principal).
In practice this takes 30 to 90 days depending on how active the secondary demand is for that property. Featured plots tend to transfer faster than less-featured ones.
If liquidity matters more to you than the contractual return, the better instrument is a short-tenure FD or a liquid mutual fund. We're upfront about this on the risk disclosure page too.
To initiate an early exit, write to info@paylaprealestate.com with your investment ID. The team will guide you through the rest.
