How do I create a Paylap account?

Head to the sign-up page and enter your full name, email, and phone number. Pick a password of at least 8 characters that includes one number and one symbol — we don't enforce more complexity than that on purpose, since long, memorable passwords beat short, complex ones.

You'll receive a one-time password on the phone number to confirm it's really yours. Once verified, your account is live in read-only mode — you can browse properties, run the calculator, and read the agreements before you commit. The platform doesn't ask for any KYC documents until you start the booking flow for an actual plot.

If you don't receive the OTP within two minutes, check that the phone number you entered is correct. SMS delivery in India occasionally lags during peak hours — wait a minute, then retry.
